AC/DC may have been low-key about finally bringing their catalog to iTunes but the band's popularity made them an instant best seller on the digital retail site and helped them dominate the iTunes Rock charts and Billboard Hard Rock Singles chart.

The band's blockbuster album, "Back In Black" is currently no. 2 on the iTunes rock albums chart, one spot ahead of the massively publicized Led Zeppelin "Celebration Day" album.

AC/DC currently holds 8 of the top 10 spots on the iTunes rock songs chart and they holds the top 12 spots on Billboard's Hard Rock Digital Songs chart this week. The band released their catalog on iTunes on November 19th. Billboard reports that for the reporting week ending November 25th, the band's album catalog sold 48,000 copies and they sold 696,000 individual songs in the U.S. according to Nielsen SoundScan.
