A BOMB FOUND IN DAVID GILMOUR'S HOUSE

David Gilmour
Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour and his wife Poly Samson found more than they bargained for when renovating their East Sussex house last week. Workmen discovered an unexploded World War II bomb, according to Music-News.com.

News of the discovery surfaced when Polly posted a series of tweets: “Well, this is exciting. We’ve all been evacuated because they’ve found a bomb under our building site!... We think it’s a bit of old pipe but MOD on their way… They’re here *sticks fingers in ears*… They’ve taken away *our* bomb. Incendiary but missing the bit that makes it go bang… Bomb disposal people now having an ice cream.”
