Bonnie Raitt - Sleepstream
Bonnie Raitt will release her first album in seven years and it’s called Slipstream.

USA Today is reporting that the renowned blues singer and guitarist has been taking a break for the past few years after losing her parents, brother and best friend: “I took a hiatus from touring and recording to get back in touch with the other part of my life,” Raitt, 62, said in a statement.

The 12-track album features blues, rock and soul including a cover version Bob Dylan’s “Million Miles” and Loudon Wainwright III’s “You Can’t Fail Me Now.” “It’s just a new batch of great songs,” said Raitt, who will tour again this year.
